Feedback

When online feedback is available, we store your message, category, optional device description and game version, source (website or game), submission time, and any expected or actual behaviour you provide. Email is optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Feedback and contact details are private developer records, not public posts. They help investigate problems and improve Apotheosis. Giving an email address does not subscribe you to updates. Email replies require address confirmation. Optional updates require a separate opt-in, which you can withdraw through the preference link in an email. Current registration and reply availability are shown on the forms.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes requests for security and delivery. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse and Cloudflare D1 stores feedback. The service uses temporary hashed network identifiers for rate limiting; raw network addresses are not stored in the feedback database. Cloudflare may process network information under its own service policies. When email is enabled, Resend processes confirmation messages, developer replies and incoming email responses. Messages and delivery identifiers are retained in the private conversation history.

Your choices

To request access, correction or deletion of feedback associated with you, contact alex.svaikauskas@gmail.com. Include your submission reference if available. Feedback is retained while useful for alpha development; deletion requests are reviewed directly by the developer.

The website does not require a newsletter subscription to obtain testing links. Installation remains pending until verified enrollment links are published.
